Update on V6.9.3 progress

I just wanted to provide a quick update regarding the progress of V6.9.3 and to reassure everyone that we are continuing to work towards providing this upgrade as soon as we can.

We have received a copy of V6.9.3 here at JNCC from Dorset Software and although not complete, we have made significant progress with testing the upgrade.

We will continue to test this next week, following which I hope to provide an estimated date of release. Until the testing is complete, it is very difficult to say when the upgrade will be ready. If we do uncover any critical problems with V6.9.3 then we would have to go back to Dorset Software and have these fixed before release.

I appreciate that it is frustrating to everyone who is awaiting changes both to the software and the dictionary, and will endeavour to provide you with more information as soon as I can.
