I agree with Matt that this is an organism (fungal) that does need adding to the Dictionary to enable its presence, and spread, to be recorded by those working closely with amphibians in the field - especially so as the main amphibian survey period is just about to start.

Kingdom: Fungi
Division: Chytridiomycota
Class: Chytridiomycetes
Order: Rhizophydiales
