Did the SHORT_NAME in TAXON_DESIGNATION_TYPE for the Farm Environment Plan Guidance species recently get changed?

I have a query that looks for FEP:007_tab* which no longer works because it seems the short names have changed from FEP:007_tab2 and FEP:007_tab3 to FEP-007_tab2 and FEP-007_tab3?

I am no longer reporting records of FEP species because of this subtle change, which I only stumbled upon by chance.

I expect this change was considered to be minor, but it did have a downstream consequence.

The  change was made in response to issues identified with the report Wizard having colons in names. See 
http://forums.nbn.org.uk/viewtopic.php?id=1306. The fix for this will be in 6.16, but to allow the report wizard to continue working in the interim the colons have been removed from the names, wherever they occur.
