Could you please add an English/Common Name of "Killer Shrimp" for the species Dikerogammarus villosus.  The current entry on the Dictionary is:

Dikerogammarus villosus, (Sowinsky, 1894) - NHMSYS0020475521 - crustacean

I’ve just found out that the shrimp Dikerogammarus villosus (the Killer Shrimp) has been found in Grafham Water, Cambridgeshire.   Apparently this is a highly invasive non-native shrimp from the Ponto-Caspian region, it is considerably larger than our native species and much more aggressive.  Please see link below for more info on this species, including photos and a video, together with details of how to report any sightings:
