Yes, in the sense that the 2007 list is in there. No in the sense that the unusable bird sub-species aggregations are still there and you can't report properly. (most recent dictionary -P?)

Included here http://forums.nbn.org.uk/viewtopic.php?id=1056 and http://forums.nbn.org.uk/viewtopic.php?id=1048 - in summary skylark and 5 other species don't appear in reports if you only report against BAP Priority 2007
