I have successfully upgraded from 6.13.2 to 6.13.3 (a network version) and have now tried running the next upgrade to 6.14.4 but got this error message almost immediately after I clicked on the RecorderUpgrade.exe file.

exception class   : EOleRegistrationError
exception message : Error creating system registry entry.

I have cancelled the upgrade (which was frozen on the 'unpacking files' window) and when I try to open Recorder I get this error message:

EOleException - Could not find stored procedure 'usp_DefaultUser_Get_Key'

When I ran the upgrade to 6.13.3 I got an 'Error accessing the OLE registry' message when I tried to open Recorder after upgrading.  A previous post on the Forum suggested running RecorderApp.exe using the Run as Administrator option - I did this on each of the 3 client machines and it worked.

Any suggestions - either how to continue with the upgrade or get Recorder working?

I logged in as an administrator and ran the upgrade again and it has worked - phew!
However, I did receive 6 'The linked Access database was not properly upgraded' messages during the 'Upgrading database structure' part.
Is this something I need to worry about?

No, that is unlikely to cause any issues unless you use the Access database to report on the Recorder database, and need the latest database attributes.
