Re: Another import wizard bug
Not sure if this is related to my other import wizard bug, or if it is a separate issue.
I have been testing the workstation which cannot import without crashing (see other threads about Invalid Class String exception) using a small dataset of 4 observations. Just as a control I thought I would test these on a working machine.
The import progessed normally, got through the validation stage, but failed to actually do the import. Closer inspection reveals that my test dataset had invalid dates (they actually had tomorrow's date on each record).
The final screen of the import wizard reported that 12 items had been created, but all twelve were invalid (with the same dataset, but with corrected dates it reports 24 items created with none invalid)
Anyway when I press the Do Import button in the wizard, with the invalid dataset, the follwoing dialog appears:

Which is of course nonsense.
But why does it even let me try to import a dataset in which each and every record is manifestly and obviously invalid?
