Is there a simple way of reporting on the data I have just imported using an Excel Spreadsheet.  Ideally, I would like to generate a report showing

Location
Date
Grid Reference
Species
Observer
Determiner

This would allow me to send a print out of data entered to person supplying records as check that everying entered is correct.

Hi Sue,

Have you had a look at the Report Wizard (on the Reports menu)? It takes a few clicks to set the report up the first time you use it, but then you can save that as a template and re-use it quickly. Let us know if you get stuck.

Thanks this - have been exploring the reporting wizard - the only thing that seems to be missing is an opportunity to extract the data that has just been entered on to the system  - was able to report on records for a person and get a print out in excel format but that gave me everything ever collected by that person.  A filter for import date would be useful or is it there already.
