How does recorder handle multiple determinations when exporting? Just it just grab the preferred one and ignore the rest?

How does recorder handle multiple determinations when exporting? Just it just grab the preferred one and ignore the rest?
What export format do you mean? The XML and NBN zipped Access formats for example exports the full database structure, non-preferred determinations and all. But if you do a report then export to Excel or one of the more "generic" formats then it just exports what is visible in the report, which is likely to be only the preferred determination.

So the export to NBN access/XML works the same when exporting results of a report (just that it acts on the filter results) as it does from Tools | Export Data?
Yes, pretty much. It just uses the list of keys in your report output to work out what occurrences to export then spiders through the database to find all the related data.
