As previous solution re:Reporting Specimen Number,

Seems the reporting of a number of fields causes truncation errors when run.

If you check the length of the name fields in INDEX_TAXON_NAME they are all at 75 characters.
However the length of the related fields as specified in the REPORT_FIELD table are about ten characters shorter.

SO if you are getting truncation errors when you report observations - yuo need to change the values in REPORT_FIELD.FIELD_SIZE.

At least it seems to have solved it to date!

This is still 6.10 though - might have been solved in 6.13?
