Topic: Unable to access profile or download point sample records
I'm aware there are intermittent issues with the NBN Altas but unsure what they are so will add my current issues:
- I can log in but can't access my profile (I'm trying to access my lists).
- I can export a point sample file in Analysis but the files within the ZIP are empty?
Sorry to be impatient but I'm trying to meet a deadline and it would be helpful to know whether these issues are known and when they are likely to be rectified.
