Topic: Unable to access profile or download point sample records

I'm aware there are intermittent issues with the NBN Altas but unsure what they are so will add my current issues:

- I can log in but can't access my profile (I'm trying to access my lists).
- I can export a point sample file in Analysis but the files within the ZIP are empty?

Sorry to be impatient but I'm trying to meet a deadline and it would be helpful to know whether these issues are known and when they are likely to be rectified.

Hi Dave,
There was a problem with the server, thank you for letting us know. You should be able to access your species lists now. I will test the export now, but I wanted to let you know about the profile access immediately.

Hi Dave,
I was able to export records using the point sample in the Analysis tool. Possibly the problem was related to the authentication server being offline.

If you have any more problems, please let me know and I will get you the information you need.
