Topic: Report: First Record Date of a taxon

I want to generate a list of species recorded for our area along with the date of the earliest record (by actual date, not the date the record was added) . Does anyone know of a way of generating first record date for a species in recorder 6?

How do you want to deal with vague dates or isn't this an issue with the data? It is easy to base it on vague date start (or end) and return the date as this.  However, to get the actual vague date of the earliest record is a bit more difficult and needs a temporary table.  You also need to define what you mean by earliest record if vague dates are involved. Also do you want the Recommended name or the actual name as recorded ?
