Topic: New Vernacular Name for Heriades rubicola

Chris,

Could you possibly add a new vernacular name of "Small-headed Resin Bee" for the Hymenopteran Heriades rubicola.
See here:  https://www.researchgate.net/publicatio … gachilidae

The Small-headed Resin Bee, Heriades rubicola Perez, 1890 (Hymenoptera, Megachilidae, Osmiini), is formally recorded as new to Britain following its mention by Falk & Lewington (2015) and based on two specimens, one from Dorset and one from London.

That's been added already (by David Notton himself) but thanks for pointing it out :)

Ahh, it's a fairly new one - the species was added quickly after publication and then David came back to me fairly recently with the approved common name. :)
