Topic: Unchecked records

Hello,
I have tried running this report:
"LCUnChecked2
Returns unchecked records between date range for specified individuals"

It does not work, I guess becuase of some changes in upgrades.

has anyone out there created one that works please?

many thanks
indeed,
Philippa

PS I am grateful for your help because I manage our database on a shoestring and I have not got time to do the XML!

Re: Unchecked records

Dear Mike,
I am sorry to say it still does not work.
I have checked it very carefully with some 'unchecked' records that were entered in 2015. I put the start date as 01/01/2015 and end date as 31/12/2105 and checked that I entered the recorder's name correctly. I have now tried several times withother variations of dates etc.
It would be very useful to get this working.
kind regards,
Philippa

Re: Unchecked records

Mike, in my previous email I said 'recorder's name'.... I should have said 'record creator's name' [which in my test was the same name anyway]

Re: Unchecked records

I could see a problem with the original version, but there is nothing  obviously  wrong with  this version.  I did  test it against just one record, but will  run some more tests. It runs against the individual who input the records based on the date the record was  entered.

Re: Unchecked records

I have run a variety of test and can't get it to go wrong. It still could be that there are circumstances where it isn't working, but before i go any further please could  you load this version. When you run it its should show V3. at the start of the description.

Re: Unchecked records

Dear Mike,
I am now getting this error message when I go into Recorder:
The XML Custom Report "LCUnchecked2.xml" could not be parsed. Error details: Invalid xml declaration.
Line: 1
<?xml version="1.0"?>

I have tried various different things to try and get this to work but no success, am I doing something stupid?
many thanks
