Topic: Cercospora lobeliae Kellerman & Swingle (1889)

Hi Chris,

This one may be a bit tricky. We've had records from our local fungi group which include Cercospora lobeliae. The name isn't on R6 or the Gateway but appears to be recognised on GBIF and the MycoBank databases as the accepted/current name.

The iffy bit comes in as it's a fungus and i can't be 100% sure it hasn't been re-described at some point but the synonymy isn't up to date.

That's a bit contentious but I have added it as a distinct taxon for now (to allow records to be added) and I think the synonymy situation will be resolved in the future :)
