Hi Tony

I usually just give them in my replies because I understand that it is possible to enter a TVK into a copy of Recorder6 to then type in your waiting records. Though I have to say that I do not use Recorder6 myself - I'm an iRecord man. It is also the minimum needed by John van Breda to poke names into iRecord, should that be necessary :)

For most people I know it isn't really necessary because they just want the name to be "in the system" at some point in the future but I do it this way just to benefit those with the technical knowledge to make use of them :)
