Chris,

Could you possibly check the paper "The sciarid fauna of the British Isles (Diptera: Sciaridae), including descriptions of six new species" by: Frank Menzel , Jane E. Smith, Peter J. Chandler for new additions please ??

New species I have noted which are not currently in the UKSI include: 

- Bradysia ismayi Menzel Sp. Nov.
- Corynoptera uncata Menzel & Smith Sp. Nov.
- Bradysia angustata Tuomikoski, 1960
- Bradysia angustoocularis Mohrig & Krivosheina, 1989
- Bradysia austera Menzel & Heller Sp. Nov.
- Bradysia bulbostyla Mohrig & Menzel, 1990
- Bradysia cinerascens (Grzegorzek, 1884)
- Bradysia flavipila Tuomikoski, 1960
- Bradysia helleri Menzel & Mohrig, 1998
- Bradysia heydemanni (Lengersdorf, 1955)

and many more in the species descriptions.

Hi Steve - they're done now. I can't give a list of all of the changes because there were too many (~ 120 new names). The paper you cited was only half the story and there had been quite a few changes since then - some of which went against the paper. I have worked using the 2013 version of the Diptera checklist as my definitive source and everything tallies now :)
