Although the last dictionary upgrade reported that it had completed successfully, I have just found the following message lurking in ImportRejects.txt:

Items rejected by Recorder Dictionary Upgrade in data imported at 10:31:22 on 10/12/2013:
Failed to insert BMSSYS0000000034 into TAXON_LIST_ITEM
Database Error Message:
Non-nullable column cannot be updated to Null.

Is this anything I should be worrying about?
