If you search on the Gateway for Tenthredo arcuata, you get two very different maps for

Tenthredo (Tenthredo) arcuata Forster, 1771     TaxonVersionKey: NHMSYS0020705455
and
Tenthredo (Tenthredo) arcuata Förster, 1771     TaxonVersionKey: NHMSYS0020481892

both indicated as good names.

The only difference seems to be an Umlaut on the 'o' in the author.

This one seems to have been repointed in the NameServer by Charles on 14/09/2011. Tenthredo (Tenthredo) arcuata Förster, 1771 (NHMSYS0020481892) is the recommended name. :)
