Not as far as I am aware because Recommended Taxon List Item Key (RTLIK) is a Recorder construct - it doesn't exist in the Species Dictionary that we maintain here. If anyone can find a problem in the raw Species Dictionary data then I'd be happy to look into it but Egyptian Goose does seem to be patched in correctly here on my copy of the data.
