Found an issue with a specific instance of this.  For Recommended Taxon List Item Key (RTLIK) NHMSYS0000498174, the actual name is listed as "Large Heath" rather than its Latin name, and the preferred name comes up with 3 different subspecies.  Isn't the RTLIK supposed to refer to one item per code, whether that's genus, species, subspecies etc?
