Topic: Hydrobia acuta subsp. neglecta

Hi Chris

In the UKSI there is both:

- Hydrobia acuta subsp. neglecta (TVK NHMSYS0020528195)
- Hydrobia acuta neglecta (TVK NHMSYS0021055596)

I think these are one and the same ? I think the organism of Hydrobia acuta neglecta should be synonymized with that of Hydrobia acuta subsp. neglecta .. ?

Yes, I agree - I have made "Hydrobia acuta neglecta" the recommended name, as this is the variant used in the MSBIAS checklist :)
