I have tried rather unsuccessfully to do something that I am sure must be pretty easy...

I want to edit the Site Summary Report  (All Sites Listed) V06-12.xml report so that it also adds a column of Ref_Code (from the LOCATION_DESIGNATION table). I want to be able to see whether any of our sites have anything in this field so I can then populate them with our Site Code number if they are all empty. I would use the File_Code for our site codes but some sites have codes in there already, which I do not want to delete.

Any help would be much appreciated please.
