Topic: Silene x hampeana problems

In Recorder 6 we have some data entered using the Biological Records Centre Coded Checklist. For some reason, records of Silene x hampeana entered against this list aren't appearing in report wizard searches either for this specific taxon from the BRC list or e.g. the hybrid when chosen from the vascular plants plants.

On Chris' sandbox it looks like something is awry as there is no mention of the Coded Checklist on the Silene x hampeana page.

The TLI as entered is NBNSYS0000013781 and the recommended  TLI is NHMSYS0001753860

Re: Silene x hampeana problems

On further investigation I've found it on Chris' sandbox and suspect it may be an organism issue.. as it is down as a synonym of NBNORG0000090049 ?

Re: Silene x hampeana problems

Yes that seems the situation:

Silene latifolia x dioica = S. x hampeana Meusel & K. Werner
=Silene x hampeana

Is that not correct?

Re: Silene x hampeana problems

Hmm yes (not sure what I meant there...)

Regardless, records against the Biological Records Centre Coded Checklist aren't being returned by the report wizard in Recorder when searching against Silene x hampeana from the VASC plants list, the actual record is showing with Silene x hampeana from the VASC plants list as recommended.

One for Mike I think.
