Topic: LCValidation Batch Update has stopped working

With our latest update to Windows 7 the LCValidation Batch Update doesn't seem to recognise the data in the csv files.  When I run the update it says the changes have been made but the records do not show the changes.  Does anyone have any suggestions how I can resolve this?  Or point me in the direction of where I might have messed it up?

I doubt if Windows 7 is the cause of this problem. Double check that you have a .csv file by opening it in notepad. If there is nothing obvious I will provide a diagnostic report.

I opened the .csv file in notepad and there was data present.  Is there anything I should particularly look for?

I attach a report which should list what is in the  csv file. Close R6.  Copy the file into the Reports folder. Open R6 and it should be in a menu called Tests.

Hi Mike

Thanks so much for the test.  The .csv file came up blank on the test so I tried reformatting the file to text and this has fixed the problem.
