Topic: Import error

Hello,

I'm having a problem importing data into Recorder (v6.19) (which is on a network) and I'm wondering whether anyone could provide any advice on how to correct this.

I have seen a post that had the same problem back in 2009 but no solution was given, I have tried changing in 'tools' > 'options' use v6.13 import wizard - but with no luck.

I'm able to go through the import process which includes validating the data, however upon 'importing' the attached error message is given & no data is imported.

Re: Import error

First thing to try is running to Update Last Key addin. You should have this installed (it will apear under the Tools menu) , but if not let me know and I can provide further details.
