Topic: Bug names

Hello Chris.  I have found that the Coccoid Arctorthezia cataphracta for which I have some records is not in the dictionary, and even Coccoidea and the intermediate taxon levels are unrecognised.

Details are on http://eol.org/pages/839951/overview.

Can these be added when you have a moment, please?

Thanks for the reply re the exotics in another thread.

Re: Bug names

Hi Murdo

That's been added now:
fam Ortheziidae                    tvk NHMSYS0021003070
gen Arctorthezia Cockerell, 1902        tvk NHMSYS0021003064
sp  Arctorthezia cataphracta (Shaw, 1794)    tvk NHMSYS0021003058

As you can see, I have added the family, genus & species but not subgroupings for now. The bug checklist is in-prep, I believe, so I will wait until that arrives to do the complete layout :)

Best wishes,
Chris R.

Re: Bug names

Thanks, Chris.  I would not know this beast if it hit me in the face, but we have some folk who do.  So we will have the dots at the next update.
