A slight issue with one of the Heteroptera species in the dictionary/nameserver. If I request all records of Gerris (Gerris) gibbifer via the report wizard and request the fields Recommended Taxon Name and Recommended Common Name both are blank. I pressume this would suggest that this entry doesn't have a RTN or RCN in the nameserver.

I can't immediately see a  problem with this taxon. It might  be worth rebuilding the Indexes before looking further into this.

I've re-built the indexes but still get no RTN, RCN or Recommended Sort Order.  Just checked the records and they are in fact entered against the R3 list as G. gebiffer, not the Het. list (no sub genus) so perhaps it's the links with that list that's the problem.

Assuming you are up to Dictionary 'Y'  could you run the Dictionary check report,  to see if this shows any issues.
