Gracillaria syringella  (Fabricius) [Gracillariidae]

is the preferred name with

Tinea syringella Fabricius, 1794. Entom. Syst. 4: 328.;
Caloptilia syringella (Fabricius, 1794).;
Gracillaria syringella (Fabricius, 1794).;

as synonyms.

The current Gateway only recognises Caloptilia.

I think it is a bit more complex than that actually, because Caloptilia leucapennella (Stephens, 1835) also seems to need to move to Povolyna ... doh!
