Hi All,

Can someone give me a quick run down on how to run a sql script on an MSDE based Recorder 6?  I see there are numerous tools etc, and a way to do this from the command prompt, but can i have some speedy advice/examples please?

I'm in a real hurry with this one!!!

Hi Catherine,

The best tool for running queries directly against the database is SQL Server Management Studio Express. It can be downloaded for free from Microsoft:

Be sure to have a look at the installation instructions as there are a couple of things that need to be installed before you install the main application.
