The lack of a response to this post leads me to believe one of two things:
a) its not clear what we're asking
or
b) noone knows the answer!

Is no one else using Rec6 to manage data to send out to County Recorders or others for verification? We want to be able to send batches out to various people and then mark it differently so we know what went out, and then when its confirmed by them mark it all as verified (or failed etc).

Is anyone using a custom query to pull out all unverified data either from the back-end or within the program? Alternatively are others using a different method altogether which works well for them?
