Recently (since the last upgrade, I think) we have been having problems when entering species data using the recording cards.  The comment field, which is free text, has started chopping off the last letter e.g. 'wet woodland' comes up as 'wet woodlan' in the sample comment.

We can get around this by putting a full stop at the end of the comment, but it's irritating, and I have a lot of records that I need to correct.

Can this be sorted out please

Fantastic!  Does this mean that Recorder will also stop putting random carriage returns in the comments?  It is very annoying when I export the data to excel

No, I'm not sure about that one. If you can provide clear instructions on steps required to reproduce it then there is a better chance I'll be able to find a solution.
