Could someone confirm the following problem that I'm seeing with Recorder 6.13.3.182.

Tools > Options > File Locations

Changing the 'Batch Updates' path does not keep the change after you exit Recorder 6, If you change the path Recorder remembers it until you exit then it reverts back to what it was previously. All the other file locations can be changed without a problem. Looking in the registry the 'Batch Update Path' doesn't change after you make the change in Recorder 6 but if you manually edit the registry to change the path the Recorder picks it up.

Hi Janet,

No I never received a response but as your seeing the same issue I'm assuming it's a bug in the client. Probably best just to set it in the registry until the bug is squashed.

This does indeed appear to be an issue in the client.  We'll look at getting it resolved for the next release.

Hi,

Does anyone know if this was ever fixed?  This has started happening for one of our users, but as we use Recorder via Citrix it seems strange that she is having a problem when the rest of use aren't.

Anyone have any ideas?
