Re: getting common names

I am trying to create a complete species list from the Recorder species dictionary (in Access) - the bulk of the fields are no problem (I understand the nameserver linkages), but I'm blowed if I can work out how to get the common name to link to a scientific name - can anyone point me in the right direction?

I would have thought everything you need should be in the INDEX_TAXON_NAME table

Doh ! Knew I was being thick - never thought of the Index tables, I was working from the TAXON... tables
