Re: Not receiving access request emails

We've recently been contacted by someone who has tried to use the "request access to data" email system, but we haven't any emails - nor are there any outstanding requests in the admin section (although I have just noticed one access request is marked in the "access request history" as outstanding but isn't in the "current accses requests"?)

Any problems at the moment?

We've have a small problem with our hosting provider changing mail servers. This seems to have had a short adverse affect on access requests. The problem is cleared now, and I'll take a deeper look at requests that may have got caught up.
