We are trying to set up Recorder Workstation on a machine we use as a dedicated remote access terminal and are so far unable to get it to work.

The operating system on the machine in question is 64bit i think. All the rest of our workstations are still on XP and likely to remain that way and as far as I am aware Recorder 6 itself is on a virtualised 32 bit server.

The workstation install progressed as normal as far as I could see, but running it produces an exception before the splash screen is cleared, see below.

Any suggestions as to what we might need to do to get it working?
