When I go to the Report Wizard and try to run some of my old report templates they produce no records, when in the past they did.

The reason: On the Additional Filters, Constraints page if I have NONE of these ticked it produces no results. If I have just one of them ticked the report works.

Surely this is a bug in the new version?
