A number of the longer designation descriptions in Taxon_Designation_Type (eg TDT key NHMSYS0020443062) appear to be truncated at (at 255 characters I think).  Would be good if these were corrected so that its possible to extract a full list of descriptions.

I've just run up against this myself because in the reports we are providing in response to data requests we are now including keys to explain the meaning of designations. Obviously the truncation detracts from the value of this.

Is this likely to be addressed any time soon?  It looks like a small number of designations involved and, I don't suppose, would be too hard to fix.

Some of those where I know (or suspect) truncation is happening are:

IUCN (2001) - Data Deficient
IUCN (2001) - Lower risk - near threatened
Nationally Notable B
Nationally Notable

(A supplementary question is can issues like these be addressed by dictionary updates or do they have to wait for a software update?)
