Given the NBN Gateway is a 'node' of GBIF, how does one ensure that records provided via the Gateway are also available on GBIF?

We are currently working on a new system to ensure that datasets with public 'download raw data' access are put on the GBIF portal. We hope to have this system operational by the end of the month.
