Re: Taxon Taxon association
Hello,
are relations defined in the taxon_taxon_association table visible somewhere in the recorder application? I would expect it somewhere near the taxon facts but can't find it.
Thank you for replying.

Hi Frederic,
There is a related occurrences tab in the taxon occurrence window if this helps?
ie. when you highlight a taxon occurrence in the observations hierachy there is information on the occurrence in the window on the right-hand side.
Do let me know if this doesn't answer your question.
Best wishes,
Mary
Hi Frederic & Mary
The related occurrences tab in the Observations hierarchy displays the contents of the Taxon_Occurrence_Relation table, not Taxon_Taxon_Association which should be used to describe species level relationships, e.g. parasite/host, not occurrence level. But in the Uk species dictionary this table does not seem to be used and there is no facility in Recorder to display its content, at least not without writing a custom XML report.
Best Wishes
Thanks John.
