Re: Continuing Problem with Recorder 6

I have just tried to install an addin to Recorder 6 and yet again it falls over (error message at end) - I'm sure this is related to my previous post on looking up species, but the message is slightly different. I have already uninstalled and re-installed Recorder without any success - I assume to get a clean install, I would need to delete part of the Registry, because when I reinstalled, Recorder did not ask me to restart the computer which it usually does on a 'clean' install, but am unsure where to look for the items to delete.

Re: Continuing Problem with Recorder 6

I'm bumping this back up the threads, because I really do need a solution - I cannot add any additional functions to my copy of Recorder

Re: Continuing Problem with Recorder 6

You're too kind Craig,

Sorry we did have that one too, as far as I know we don't any more, but I'm afraid I don't remember whether we did anything to fix it or whether it stopped after we fixed the Invalid Class String problem

Good luck
