How long should the 0000000N dictionary update take?

It's hung for a while now, but still seems to be using CPU and memory occasionally.

Yes it did eventually, but only after I killed it a number of times - some indication it's actually doing something would have been nice.

I missed this Dictionary Upgrade and have tried to run it today - all goes well until it errors with "Unable to create directory" - it then sits there (0% CPU) until I kill it about an hour or so later. Is it necessary to run this upgrade having successfully run 0000000M?

If so, how long should I give it?
