After upgrading from 6.13.2.176 to 6.14.4.212 something happened to the link to the Access database. I didn't notice anything wrong for a while, and then I found that I could not look at my tables in Access. I later found that my DMAP routine, which relies on a link to the Access database, would not work. This latter was repaired with a considerable amount of outside help and this now works. I still cannot get into my database tables via Access.

Any thoughts anyone, and has anyone else experienced an Access related problem after the 6.14.4 upgrade?

There is now a tool that can recreate the linekd Access table - simply download and run the .bat file http://www.jncc.gov.uk/page-5005

This tool worked on my standalone installation of Recorder 6. Do you need to make any changes to the .bat file, other than the one mentioned in the Readme.txt file, to get it to work for a network installation, e.g. do you need to change /standalone to /network?

The R6 installation is a network copy (on a standalone machine)  - I made the change required in the Readme text file because Recorder is not in the default location. The link to the database for the DMAP work was restored using a workaround.
