Has anyone ever seen this or know what might have caused it?
This happened using an older version of Rec6 running on VMware when importing data.
Database Error Message: ODBC--call failed.

Hi Cyprian

It's quite likely this problem is related to not having the ODBC components set up correctly, so the temporary Access database used during import cannot access the SQL Server database. It could well be a problem with the Citrix setup in this specific case. Can the machine that had this problem ever import data, or does this always happen?

You may find an uprgade to 6.14 fixes things since it changes the way the Import Wizard works.
