We are frequently finding that when we try and check records that have been entered the comments are not visible, and we cannot edit the records.  This happens when someone has entered a batch of records, then clicked 'show all unchecked records' so that they can check them.  If we shut down and restart the computer everything is fine, or if we check the records using a different computer there is no problem.

Has anyone else had this problem and are there any suggestions?
