Hello,

we’re about to remove a server installation (6.13) to install 6.14 but I don’t have a record of the licence. Is there somewhere on the server I can locate this or is there another way to obtain it - the original was obtained by a colleague who is on leave for a few weeks?

Can you not upgrade from v6.13 to v6.14? You don't need the security/verification key for that. Your Site ID is the copy identifier on the Recorder 6 Welcome screen which you can bring up at any time using Help - Summary Info. If you want the security/verification key on the licence agreement, I have a log of the ones I have supplied but JNCC also keep records of them so if the copy of Recorder didn't come from me you should be able to get it from John Morris, John.Morris@jncc.gov.uk, if you give him your Site ID.

Hi Sally,

many thanks for the reply - John has supplied the keys.

I've been requested to install rather than upgrade and expected to need the key but it wasn't requested during the installation.
