When trying to add a subspecies (with the species already present) to a recording card by searching for the species, Recorder just jumps me to the species. It should bring up the search taxa dialog as other possibilities exist.

This is because it provides a match if you ahve typed the whole name into the recording card - if you know that you want to add a subspecies you can click on the search button (magnifying glass) and navigate to the subspecies directly in the taxon dictionary.

This behaviour is inconsistent with the way it works in the rest of recorder - and the label explicilty states "Add Species" - I wouldn't expect it to jump to a taxon in the list unless there were no other alternatives.
