I would like to clarify the situation in terms of the use of standalone versions and licensing.

We have two copies of Recorder 6, one for Oxfordshire and Berkshire. In the past we needed to install Recorder on additional PCs to run read only copies of the database. To do this we bought additional discs. However I would like to know if this was necessary and whether we are allowed to install additional copies of Recorder 6 from our existing discs to run read only copies of the two databases.
