When importing records I receive the error: A domain error occurred.

We are using Windows Server 2005
Previously I have been able to import 20k + records without any problems.
A small file of 100 records will import. I have tried removing columns to a minimum but the error still occurs.
I think it may be a setting on the server but I have no idea what this may be.

I have also tried the ADO method of importing but it brings up the same error.
Any help will be appreciated.
